Barry Benton, a lawyer with over 41 years of practice, now has a private law practice located in Calhoun, Georgia. He is a licensed attorney in Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Alabama and North and South Carolina. Barry specializes in Estate Planning, and earned an LLM in taxation from Emory Law School. He has given seminars throughout the Southeast, taught Bar courses for ALI/ABA at Madison, Wisconsin, and has been a consultant for the Florida Hospital Foundation, and Kingsway College in Ontario, Canada.
